Dr. Roser Vega is an accredited bowel cancer screening colonoscopist and deputy director of the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme for the North Central London region.
At UCH, she leads the interventional colonoscopy service providing advanced diagnosis and endoscopic treatment for colonic polyps and early colon cancers.
She also delivers specialist care to a large cohort of patients with complex inflammatory bowel disease and provides her expertise in inflammatory bowel disease related colonic neoplasia.
Dr. Vega regularly presents in national and international meetings and has actively participated in live endoscopy courses teaching about all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy.

Dr Iosif Beintaris has undertaken a post-Specialty Endoscopy Fellowship at the Wolfson Unit of Endoscopy, St Mark’s Hospital and Academic Institute, London, UK. He also chairs his Trust’s Complex Polyp Multidisciplinary Meeting.
He delivers an array of luminal therapeutic endoscopy and was one of the first UK trainees in speedboat submucosal dissection, a technique which he has incorporated to his Trust’s practice.
He has been a faculty of the Kent Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy course (endorsed by the British Society of Gastroenterology) since its inception.

Dr Sergio Coda trained at La Sapienza University of Rome with an exclusive commitment to interventional endoscopy, before pursuing advanced training for endoscopic resection and dissection (EMR & ESD) of early cancers at the National Cancer Center Hospital of Tokyo.
Dr Coda conducted one of the first evaluations of the safety and feasibility of ESD in a Western setting and is considered to be one of the pioneers of the Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) technique in Europe.

Dr. Zacharias Tsiamoulos is Lead Colonoscopist for the Southeast UK Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, and Director of the Endoscopy Department / Clinical Lead for East Kent University Hospitals in the UK (Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital, William Harvey Hospital, Kent and Canterbury Hospital).
Prior to this Dr. Tsiamoulos held the esteemed post of Clinical Endoscopy/Research Fellow and Senior Gastroenterologist /Endoscopist working in tandem with Professor Brian P. Saunders, at the Wolfson Unit for Endoscopy at St Mark’s Hospital and Academic Institute. He also has 3 months’ dedicated training in colorectal ESD at the National Cancer Center (Tokyo, Japan) under the supervision of Professor Yutaka Saito. Dr. Tsiamoulos has performed colorectal ESD on a weekly basis for the past 6 years.
He collaborates with the National Cancer Centre and Mayo Clinic in the field of artificial intelligence and innovative technology (CROMA) for the characterization and excision of colorectal polyps, and has for a number of years delivered a live National Advanced Endoscopy Training course (the KENT Course) endorsed by the British Society of Gastroenterology.
